Step One - Sell the old house

Well, today was a happy day - the old house settled.  Woo hoo! 

The new owners' children are around the same ages as ours, and have already chosen their bedrooms.  We hope they enjoy the house as much as we did.

Unfortunately, the land settlement has been pushed back to tomorrow (one day late). 

But, it will be ours, and then we can get this party started!

    Congratulations on the settlement of both house and land. How exciting to start a new journey with house #6! Looking forward to reading all the details and seeing the photos! Lol, we all love photos ;-)
