Main bathroom

I finally got around to taking some photos of the main bathroom today, so here they are for you!

I've also included a couple of other snippets from around the house.

Have a great weekend!

  3. Oh funny, I was scrolling down the pictures thinking, Oh that's nice and then I got to the pool - had a little giggle. Kylie

  4. Bathroom looks great M - I love that wall colour with the white tiles and bath. All looking very clean and serene! And to see the pool taking shape - as a Victorian who can't justify the cost for the amount of usage we'd get, I'm extremely jealous!

    1. Thanks, Nat! I think once that pool is done, we'll never have to leave the house again. The children are already planning who is getting in first! Mx

  6. The bathroom looks fabulous. I love how you have brought the window down so that it is level with the hob.

That is also a very sexy hole in your yard!

    1. Yes, the window works well to drain out the overflow from the small people's splashing, too! Mx

  8. It looks great M! We just got our windows in yesterday and our ensuite bath window doesn't look like yours and we hate the one in ours so now I'm wondering why they're different. Did you change the window? Ours has a gap of about 250mm from the top of the tile surround to the bottom of the window frame.

    1. Our Ensuite window is just the standard, but the longer window in the bathroom was part of an upgrade, I think. After seeing the main bath, I'd wished our Ensuite was the same. Who knows why they don't make them the same???? Anyhoo, does your main bath have the longer window? Mx

  11. Looks fantastic M. I hope it is starting to feel like home. I love the tiles in the bathroom. How do you manage to keep the top of your piano so tidy - mine is covered in the kids music! It looks like the pool will be ready for spring - yahoo!

    1. Thanks, Lizzie. It is lovely and comfortable, so definitely feels like home! The only person interested in the (grossly out of tune) piano is the 3.5yo at the moment, so there's no music hanging around. I'm sure it will be a very different story in the coming years!!!! Mx
